The Bowie Forest Home Owner's Association (HOA) provides its residents with several services, in addition to the services the City of Bowie and Prince George's County provide, to help maintain and improve the quality of life in the Bowie Forest Community.

Community Security Services are provided by the Prince George's County Police Department's Community Patrols

Water Supply & Trash Removal Services are provided by the City of Bowie.

Trash Removal Details

• Refuse/Trash - Pick-up Monday and Thursday
• Recycling - Pick-up Wednesday

For special Refuse Pickup residents must call the City of Bowie before end-of-day Tuesday to schedule the pickup.

The streets of the Bowie Forest Community are privately owned by the Association. Ray's Towing of Bowie, Maryland currently provide towing services for the community.  It is the duty of the Board to regulate parking and direct towing activities within the community.  However, homeowners can also call Rays Towing when encountering parking violations.

Managing and enforcing all community parking regulations helps to ensure the safety of all residents by ensuring emergency vehicles have appropriate access to all homes.  Community parking regulations help to maintain the appearance of the community by ensuring abandoned vehicles are not kept on the premises and also help to ensure that all residents are able to access their assigned parking spaces.
