Bowie Forest HOA Board Meetings

The Bowie Forest HOA Board Powers & Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Regulating Exterior Alterations
  • Parking Assignments and  Enforcement
  • Security
  • Common Area Land Maintenance  (mowing, trash removal, litter control)
  • Common Area Maintenance and management (sidewalks, asphalt, lighting, curb, retaining walls and drainage)
  • Establishing HOA dues, budget, determining services or projects, approving vendors to carry out services.
