The Bowie Forest Homeowners Association Board approved the budget for fiscal year 2022, which includes a monthly assessment fee increase from $85.00 to $93.00.
The board agreed to eliminate the printing and postage costs associated with sending all residents monthly payment booklets.
In addition, the board is inviting all residents to sign-up to receive email notices of special community concerns and/or events. To provide the authorization for the HOA to send you electronic notices, please complete and return the Electronic Notification Form attached below.
All community members are invited to attend HOA Board Meetings, which are held quarterly on the second Wednesday of (January, April, July and October) at 7:00 p.m.
All meetings are now being held via Zoom. Zoom Meeting connection details will be provided to the community.

Bowie Forest and D. H. Bader Management Services offer three ways to pay assessments:
1-Recurring Automatic Debit (ACH) - the assessment will automatically be debited from your checking account monthly. If you wish to use this service, please complete the ACH Debit form, attach a voided check, and return both the form and check to our office. The ACH Debit Form can be downloaded by clicking the Direct Debit Program Form link below.
2-OnLine Payments by Check or Credit Card (One-Time and Recurring Options available)
Online “E-Check” Payment is a self-initiated one time or recurring debit from your checking account. There is no fee to make an e-check payment.
Online MasterCard, American Express or Discover can also be a one time or recurring payment. There is a bank fee per transaction.
Online payments are done through the Property Pay CIT website, www.propertypay.cit.com When making an online payment through www.propertypay.cit.com the Management ID - 7118 is needed, be sure to select the Bowie Forest Homeowners Association and follow the instructions. If you choose to pay through the C-Property Pay App, there are additional charges; a $1.95 convenience fee if paying by e-check and a 3.5% charge if paying by Credit Card.
